From décor for the walls, along with lamps for the end tables, accessories for the kitchen and baths, pillows for the furniture, area rugs, bedding, a coffee table and a couple chairs; what a difference it made! Maylene also agreed to have new carpet installed throughout. By doing all this, we received 13 great offers and sold her home for $55,000 over list price.
