Staging Consultation with Report
Following a simple, step by step design process in each room that ensures maximum return on investment (ROI), we work side by side with the homeowner to put on “buyers’ eyes” and begin the staging process. This service is designed to give the sellers all the objective, expert advice needed to continue the staging work themselves in the form of a detailed written report which includes:
Checklists for each room of the home
Curb appeal for first impression impact
Recommended furniture arrangement and flow
De-cluttering, de-personalizing, and optimizing space in each room
Highlighting the home’s best features and guiding the buyer’s eyes to notice high-value assets
Lighting, window treatments, and accessory arrangement
Color advice and demonstration of how to set up emotional connection points in each space, so buyers fall in love!
Detailed report for the seller and agent
You will walk away with all the answers, a Priority Shopping List and an Exclusive Vendor List to help complete the staging process.

Staging for Owner Occupied Homes
Often the preparation to sell, coupled with packing and a pending move, leads sellers to feel overwhelmed. Our half day or full day staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves, following the detailed Staging Report and working together to stage the home for optimum impact. It’s amazing the difference a few hours make just using what a seller already owns! Shopping services and furniture and decor rentals are available to complete the staging plan.

Styling for Listing Photos
Upon completion of the staging consultation, we return to the home on photo day to add strategic finishing touches so that the home shines in the professional photos. Decor rentals are available.

REDESIGN CONSULTATION
Our redesign approach is designed with the homeowners in mind so that they truly love and enjoy their home. We marry new items with favorite pieces the homeowners already own to create a space that is fresh, comfortable, and altogether lovely. During the consultation, we will discuss the homeowners' style and preferences, recommend furniture placement, decluttering, accessory styling, and offer color advice. For homeowners in the remodeling process, we create a beautiful, cohesive design by helping homeowners choose flooring, color, and all finishes and provide a recommended contractor/vendor list.
